It started at my grandparents' kitchen table.
I was the family tech kid. When my grandparents got their first computer, I set it up, and when anything went sideways, I was the one they called. Same with my parents. That's where I learned the fix is the easy part; the real job is explaining it patiently enough that someone realises they're not "bad with technology" after all. They were just never shown properly.
I went on to study tech consulting at university and did the same work at a much bigger scale: businesses, systems, complicated projects. Good work, but the part I liked best was always the kitchen-table kind. So I brought it home to my own community, in the city I've lived in since 2013. Now the patience I had for my grandparents goes to yours.
I keep it deliberately small so I can keep it personal. You get straight answers, fair prices, and someone who'll happily explain the same thing twice.

If I genuinely can't help you, you don't pay for it. Simple as that.

I live and work east of the Don, so I'm usually minutes away. You'll see the same face every visit.
