Tech help at your kitchen table, at your pace.
You don't need to know the words for it. Point at the thing that's misbehaving, I'll fix it, explain it plainly, and leave you notes you can actually follow. Especially good with folks who'd rather not "just Google it."
The little frustrations that add up.

No more dead spots in the back bedroom or drop-outs mid-call.
New phone, no panic
Everything moved over, photos, contacts, messages, and set up the way you like.

Clear out the clutter and slowness without buying a whole new machine.

Streaming, cables and the telly finally speaking the same language.
Safe from scams
Spotting dodgy emails and calls, strong passwords, peace of mind.
Photos kept safe
Years of memories backed up so a lost phone never means lost pictures.

The "while you're here" list
Whatever else is acting up at home, if it has a plug, a screen or a password, add it to the list and we'll work through it.
Unhurried, friendly, and yours to keep.
We chat first
I ask what's bugging you and what you'd like to be able to do, not just the fault, the goal.
We do it together
I fix it beside you, showing each step. Ask "why?" as many times as you like.
You get the notes
Plain-language written steps, so you can do it yourself next time, or ring me, no bother.
Questions people usually ask.
How much does a visit cost?
A standard house call is a flat, agreed price we settle before I arrive, no meter, no surprises. Bigger jobs get a clear quote first. And the first visit is risk-free: if I genuinely can't help, you don't pay.
I'm not very good with technology. Is that okay?
More than okay, it's most of what I do. There are no silly questions and I never talk down to anyone. Go at whatever pace feels comfortable.
Do you come to me, or do I bring things to you?
I come to you. Most things are easier to fix where you actually use them, your Wi-Fi, your telly, your desk. House calls across Leslieville and the east end.
Can you help my parents if I live out of town?
Yes, that's one of my most common calls. You and I sort out the details by phone or email, I visit them at home anywhere in Leslieville, Riverdale, the Beaches or East Toronto, and you get a plain-language summary afterwards.
How soon can you come?
Usually the same week, often within a day or two. For anything urgent, locked out, hacked, scammed, call and I'll do my best to get there fast.
Call or text and tell me what's going on.
